Finally I managed to get our wood pellet stove running in the caravan.
I got it from a friend who used it a few years ago to heat his whole house – it is a very big heater for such a small space like a caravan, so I have it running on the lowest setting.It works very nice and has even an inbuild controller with timer which allows it to start and switch off at preset times …

by now the basic construction of the new hen house is nearly finished.
the egg boxes will be installed on the right hand side with access from outside, the door to enter the house (for cleaning etc.) will be on the left hand side.The whole for the chicken to enter the house will be on the front wall … -
